The general public has been warned to exercise extreme caution in dealing with certain individuals who are fraudulently marketing and selling parcels of land within River Park Estate
IIt was clearly stated in the notice that people should know that the lands are currently under legal dispute and any transactions carried out with unauthorised parties may result into serious legal and financial consequences.
In a release and pulic notice signed by Kojo Ansah, the Chief Executive Officer of JONAHCAPITAL Nigeria Limited, it was clearly stated thus;
Please be informed that JONAHCAPITAL Nigeria Limited is the exclusive and lawful allottee of River Park Estate, hence, anyone interested in acquiring property within the estate is strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including but not limited to;
Verifying the status at the Department of Lands
Confirming legal proceedings at the High Court of the FCT and Federal High Court.
Authenticating the directors of JONAHCAPITAL Nigeria Limited with the Corporate Affairs Commission .
